RETURN POLICY

All goods must be inspected within 30 days. No claims allowed unless presented within 30 days after receipt of goods and before goods are cut. Returned goods must have return authorization number.

Customers returning goods found upon re-inspection to be within New York Felt’s quality standards will be charged a 20% restocking fee plus freight. It is our intention and commitment to manufacture and ship class A quality goods.
